Description

The OMD-24 Bilge Alarm Unit is specifically designed for use with 15 ppm oil-water separator units, exceeding the International Maritime Organization’s specifications for 15ppm Bilge Alarms as outlined in Resolution MEPC.107(49).

Key Features:

• Pre-Set Alarms: Comes with two factory-set alarms at 15 ppm. Adjustable set points (10 ppm or 5 ppm) can be configured on-site using the front panel buttons.
• Alarm Indicators: Exceeding an alarm set point triggers visible alarms on the front panel and activates the corresponding relays.
• Malfunction Indicator: The System LED changes from blinking green to solid red in case of a malfunction.
• Data Logging: Requires a status input from the separator for data logging functionality.
• Optional Output: Offers an optional 0(4) – 20 mA output (equivalent to 0 – 30 ppm) for connecting to a recorder or external meter.
