All gearboxes will have a nameplate fitted to the outer housing; this is usually located on the top but can be in other places depending on the manufacturer and location of the transmission within the engine. The nameplate will detail your gearbox’s model, serial and BOM number. If you cannot read your nameplate, we can help identify the details from a clear photograph of the plate.
Unfortunately, there is no one size fits all solution, which is why we always suggest speaking to one of our experienced team to ensure that you select the right gearbox for your needs.
