Supply Install and Commission – Customised solutions
Our Design and Applications team ensure that your driveline requirements are fully developed with an appropriate solution for your application.
Our Service Team deliver the solution directly to your application and ensure that it is fitted correctly, tested fully and commissioned prior to a final handover.
This can be achieved either directly on site, or at one of our UK Service Centres.
Our partners have several standard solutions; however, as driveline experts, we can also accommodate your specific requirements, such as integrating a v pulley or a cambelt pulley.
Unlike a torque limiter, a fluid coupling does not require to be reset.
Our OEM factory-trained engineers are gearbox experts and can work on any make or model. Our engineers can perform repairs on-site or at one of our UK Service Centres using genuine OEM components.
Yes, we have a team of highly qualified service engineers who can install on-site or from one of our service centres based in Yorkshire and Kent. We fit only genuine OEM couplings from Transfluid, Reich and Twin Disc to ensure quality.
We work closely with Rubber Design to provide tailored anti-vibration solutions for various applications across the Industrial sector.
Planetary gearboxes can offer higher torque and power than parallel axis standard gearboxes and tend to be more compact due to the high power density and coaxial shaft arrangement. However, it is essential to remember that an additional cooling system may be required should you need to run the gearbox at high speeds and or continually.
A shrink disk fits over a standard gear drive but with more contact points than a shaft key; this offers less slipping and means that the disk will not lose its shape and deform like a shaft key.
