We are excited to share the news that our MD, John Logue, will be joining the judging panel at this year’s SME awards in London on September 13th, alongside Peter Green and the rest of the National Maritime team.
The event will be held at the RIBA London award-winning Woods Quay, and it is a fantastic opportunity to recognise and celebrate the innovation and achievements of small and medium enterprises across the British maritime sector. The awards will take place during the London International Shipping Week 2023 and DSEI 23, one of the world’s most important international shipping and maritime events. John and the other judges look forward to seeing these enterprises’ outstanding work and individuals being recognised at this prestigious event. The awards are open to any seagoing or shoreside maritime or marine business operating in the UK which fall within the traditional definition of an SME.
Additionally, the event will feature the exclusive Innovation Afloat Showcase, held from the 11th -14th of September 2023, showcasing the latest innovative equipment, products, and craftsmanship from boat builders and businesses working towards delivering a cleaner marine environment.
