MIT Talks visits Seawork 2017!
For the first time ever MIT Tech Talks visits Seawork – where we will be showcasing the Transfluid HM560 Hybrid unit and discussing how Hybrid/Electric propulsion is fast becoming a viable and cost effective solution for commercial marine and workboat operators looking to reduce their carbon footprint, reduce operational costs and improve operator well being.
This innovative product from Transfluid is approved for diesel engines up to 1,500hp on passenger, work and pleasure boats.

MIT Talks, delivered in conjunction with National Maritime are a series of technical seminars that are delivered across the UK, focusing on regional sector developments, technical advancements, thought leadership and current issues facing the maritime industry.
The sessions are designed to allow fellow propulsion system designers, ship owners, and operators, boat builders, engine manufacturers, naval architects, boat owners, marinas and military fleet operators/chief to network and discuss current issue in an open and informal platform.
