We are excited to announce our transition to one centralised telephone number!

To improve how our customers and suppliers communicate with MIT, we have introduced a central telephone number and one centralised telephone system, with new and improved call routing, meaning we get you talking to the correct department immediately, with reduced wait times. 

By removing our regional telephone numbers, we believe our customers will benefit from our already excellent customer service above and beyond normal levels. 

For now, our regional numbers remain in place and divert through to our new central telephone system, routing calls more effectively and efficiently. These regional numbers will be slowly phased from the business over time. 

Our new contact number for our head office, southern and northern service centres is now (0)3303 830333 and is effective immediately. You will start to see this update across our assets and communications from MIT. 

We hope you’ll agree that this centralised way of working creates a more harmonised approach to business for our customers and suppliers, and we ask that you update this change on any records you hold for MIT.
