We are delighted to announce that we have formally achieved our ISO45001 Health and Safety accreditation, which joins our ISO portfolio alongside our ISO9001 quality and control accreditation.

The project to gain ISO45001 started four years ago. Over the past 12 months, it has been a real focus for the business; in addition, to support our Quality, Health and Safety and Environment commitment, we appointed our new Sustainability Manager, Maria Aldred.

Our drive to achieve this accreditation has seen engagement from all employees who now have a solid appreciation for health and safety principles. Adopting these principles has meant that health and safety are seen as a business-wide responsibility, not only at a managerial level.

A key aspect of our accreditation was our ability to show our staff we are an excellent place to work and one that places the health and safety of our employees at the forefront of our business.

Gaining this accreditation also shows our customers that our work is carried out to the highest degree of health and safety and that our working practices and procedures are regularly monitored.

We believe it gives greater confidence to both our staff and customers that we are genuinely committed to operating excellent levels of health and safety with these principles being applied within our facilities and when working for or on behalf of our customers”.
