Our commitment to our staff and customers. COVID-19 outbreak.
At MIT, we are committed to the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders.
We are making changes in line with the recent government guidelines to secure our workplace. We are practising impeccable hygiene standards and controlling visitors and contractors to site. We are also ensuring that our service engineers have extensive provisions to enable them to continue to support our customers.
Our overriding aim is to ensure the health and safety of our employees while delivering the usual levels of service our customers require.
We want to reassure our customers that we are taking every measure to continue our support. Our engineers are attending UK site visits, under controlled conditions. All international travel has ceased until further notice.
Importantly, our service centres remain open. We encourage customers that require emergency breakdown or service support to contact our service department to arrange the return of your equipment, where work continues as usual.
Unit and spares deliveries will continue, and currently, we have a significant UK based stock and no currently unmanageable issues with our supply chain. Our expert team of technical sales support are on hand to support any new applications or projects in the pipeline.
We are strictly monitoring government guidelines and will communicate any changes to our operating hours to our customers.
We thank you for your continued support during this time.
John Logue, Managing Director, Marine and Industrial Transmissions.
