Additional Information
Transfluid Rangermatic 700 power shift with torque converter. Available with 4 gear range, 31 = 3 fwd, 1 rev, 21 = 2 fwd 1 rev and 22 = 2 fwd 2 rev
The Rangermatic 700 industrial transmission offers smooth and quick gear selection and change allowing increased driver comfort and machinery performance via the patented “soft shift” technology. With a built-in torque converter, there is a mechanical disconnect between the engine and driven machine allowing for a smooth power transfer.
The Rangermatic industrial transmission is capable of operating in a power range of up to 95kW in on-road applications and 70kW for off-road. With new engine legislation in regards to emissions and an increasing drive from end-users to be more fuel-efficient, the Rangermatic provides an excellent solution for harnessing the power and fuel efficiency of smaller engines.
Max. weight w/o oil is approx. 123kg, and volumetric size of 0.084m3, it is compact in design and allows for both weight and space savings to be used elsewhere on the machine.
Optional DP280 drop box supplied with/without SL750 spring-loaded parking brake offering four-wheel drive capability. Designed to be 360 degrees rotatable for ease of fitting allowing the design to have optimal positioning of output flanges. Both the dropbox and parking brake is designed to fit seamlessly onto the Rangermatic 700 industrial transmission providing the supply of a complete driveline solution.
The design of the industrial transmission and integrated systems offers users the ability to consider a future hybrid retrofit using the Translfuid hybrid and full electric drive system
