High Production Mobile Tracked Screener

Our customer required additional space to fit two large sets of hydraulic drive pumps for running all aspects of the mobile screen such as conveyors, tracks and screen box.

To achieve this, we specified a two-way split Twin Disc AM220B pump drive with special rotation; this also allowed us to provide a step-up ratio. The hydraulics could be selected to run at a preferred higher speed while allowing the engine to remain operating at its optimal and most efficient speed.

We also provided a torsional vibration calculation.
